Mr. Vinay Krishna Tripathy ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 The only grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ application is that his father's name has wrongly been recorded in the certificate and mark statements, issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education of passing 12th Examination, inasmuch as in place of 'Anil Kumar', 'Anil Prasad' has been entered as father's name.
My attention has been drawn by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner to the Grade Sheet cum Certificate of Performance issued in his favour of having passed 10th Examination, in which his father's name has been mentioned as 'Anil Kumar'. The petitioner appears to have approached the Central Board of Secondary Education by filing a representation.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10208 of 2018(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 Mr. Vinay Krishna Tripathy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board submits that if the petitioner files an application in proper form duly forwarded through the School, in question, his application shall be duly considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
Considering the pleadings on record and submissions made on behalf of the parties, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Regional Officer, Regional Office, Central Board of Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna to dispose of the petitioner's application for correction within two months, if such application for correction is filed within one month from today.
This disposes of the application.
