In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with RPF Bhagalpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 30 (a) of R.P.(UP) Amendment Act, 2012.

The police has received information that the petitioner is running a shop, used to purchase the stolen material. The police has conducted a raid and found incriminating material from there.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23856 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below without being prejudiced by this order, will take decision in accordance with law.
