JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has not tortured his wife and she has also getting maintenance of Rs. 25,000/- per month for persuant to the Family Court. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the above named, petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on
