2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 325, 379, 147 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution story, in brief, is that on 23.08.2023, informant with his relative was going to Gaya on motorcycle and as he reached near the bridge, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came there,pressed the neck of informant and tried to take away the key of this motorcycle. Upon objection, all the accused persons assaulted him with bamboo and took Rs. 3,000/- from his pocket.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29129 of 2025(2) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 of assault is general and omnibus. Rest of the allegations are ornamental only to make the case grave. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
