The petitioners are accused in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019 registered under Sections 379 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that officials of Nvjeevan Micro Finance with assurance to provide loan and insurance, took Rs.1200/- from the family members of different persons including the informant, Noorjahan Khatoon. The name of person, who committing fraud is Rahul, whose phone numbers are 9472288116, 8877244803 and 8434848424. In the alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22906 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/3 offence, owner of Prithvi Hotel, Madhubani, is also involved, as the work of company was being done in that Hotel since 10 days. While the officials of company assured to credit the loan amount in the account of informant but the same was not credited and on query, informant came to know that officials of Navjeevan Micro Finance left the hotel.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1, Akash Ranjan @ Akash Ranjan is the son of Dhirendra Kumar Mandal, owner of the Prithvi Hotel and petitioner no. 2, Krishna Kumar @ Krishna Kumar Yadav, is the manager of the said Hotel and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It would also appear from the F.I.R. that both the petitioners were not involved in the negotiation for providing the loan and insurance policy to the informant and others. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 07.03.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019. Out of two
