22-05-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., this petitioner is only alleged to be order giver. There is no allegation of assault against this petitioner. One co-accused namely Awadhesh Yadav has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 14.05.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 28260 of 2024. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32831 of 2024(2) dt.22-05-2024 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S.
