JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018 dated 02.01.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and his nephew are said to have thrown boiling hot ghee on the person of the informant, which led to burn injury to him as well as his relative.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner and the informant are next door neighbours and both of them run sweet shops of their own. A case was also lodged by the petitioner against the informant of the present case vide Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 05 of 2018 in which the petitioner has also received injuries because of

Considering the aforesaid facts viz. petitioner and informant being neighbours and in the same trade and the dispute arising out of a trifle, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar(T) P.S.
