The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2013 registered under Sections 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the co-sharer of Plot No. 1515 with the informant and he sold his own share through sale deed dated 22.07.2013 in favour of Naima Khatoon but with ulterior motive the present false case has been lodged against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that co-accused, Md. Saukat, has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55039 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 dated 19.11.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26898 of 2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner e released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
