The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.11.2008 passed by learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Complaint Case No. C1548 of 2008, whereby processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the charges have been framed.
