JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the informant, snatching `700/- and Hero Honda motorcycle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant actually made assault to the petitioner for which the petitioner lodged Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 135 of 2015 at earlier point of time and he left the motorcycle on the road and escaped from the scene. The informant has not received any injury. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the case lodged by the petitioner at earlier

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51883 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 point of time, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
