The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A) and 494 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Gaya.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is husband and has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50160 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
