Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 883 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 272, 273, 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-b)A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
