Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 502 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427 and 378/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that the nature of injury is simple and parties have in fact decided to resolve their disputes and a petition for compromise has already been filed by the informant on 28.2.2018 for compounding the case.

In view of the above, let the petitioners, named above,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14591 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettia, in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 502 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
