Petitioner is named accused of Belaganj P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 147, 148 and 149 of the IPC.

Mr. Sharma, after some argument, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the application enabling the petitioner to surrender in the Court below and pray for regular bail. The application, as prayed, is permitted to be withdrawn. If any application for regular bail is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit unprejudiced by the present order.
