08.09.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of F.I.R. bearing Barsoi P. S. Case No. 193 of 2015 dated 18.08.2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 385, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(X) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Mr. Abhishek Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners has clearly informed this Court that the trial in this case has progressed.

In that view of the matter, the petition has become infructuous.
