JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner praying for modification of the order dated 7.10.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 45990 of 2015, whereby the petitioner was granted privilege of regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner was wrongly spelt in aforementioned Cr. Misc. No. 45990 of 2015. In place of "Jai Prakash Rai", "Jai Praash Rai" was typed.

He has also submitted that in the prayer portion of the said application, "Additional Sessions Judge XII, Buxar" has been typed in place of "Additional Sessions Judge VII, Buxar". Because of these typographical errors, in the order dated 7.10.2015, the name of the petitioner and the court have been wrongly typed. Accordingly, let "Jai Praash" as occurring in the order dated 7.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51747 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 connection with Nawanagar PS Case No. 230 of 2014 be read as "Jai Prakash Rai". The said order is also modified to the effect that the petitioner shall be released on bail in terms of the said order dated 7.10.2015 to the satisfaction of learned "Additional Sessions Judge VII, Buxar" in connection with aforesaid Nawanagar PS Case No. 230 of 2014.

This application is accordingly allowed. The order dated 7.10.2015 passed in Cr. Mice. No. 45990 of 2015 is modified to the above extent.
