This application has been filed challenging the order dated 09.11.2017 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in Trial No.2875 of 2017, arising out of Gopalganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015, by which the discharge petition filed by the petitioners has been rejected.

This matter is of the year 2018 and there is no stay order in the matter. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the case. Moreover, after having gone through the records, I
