ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 2.9.2006 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions judge, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in Criminal Appeal No. 12 of 2006 by which he has affirmed the order dated 14.2.2006 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sri Lalbahadur, Hilsa with certain modifications. Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any perversity and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
However, considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the extent that Petitioners are sentenced to the period already undergone by them.
