Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 337, 338, 379, 504, 506, 385 and 305 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek anticipatory bail. It is next submitted that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 52096 of 2024 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 25-92024 . 4.
Learned APP submits that from perusal of the order dated 25-9-2024, it would manifest that the Court while
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26408 of 2025(2) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 rejecting the anticipatory bail of the petitioner had taken note of the allegation and had recorded a detailed order. Learned APP next submits that initially when the petitioner had moved seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 52096 of 2024, the case was argued by learned advocate, Shri Shailendra Kumar Jha, but then it is submitted that the instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by learned Advocate, Shri Bishwajeet Singh. Learned APP thus submits that the change of lawyer will not change the facts of the case. 5.
The Court is in agreement with the submission made by learned APP, accordingly the second anticipatory bail application is rejected.
