======================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 20.05.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-III, Gopalganj in Criminal Appeal No. 57/2 of 1999/2003, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 29.11.1999 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in Tr. No. 125 of 1999 by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Sections 279 and 304(A) of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for eighteen months and six months respectively.
Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I find no reason for interference with the same. However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.705 of 2006 dt.21-01-2016 With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands dismissed.
