JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P. S. Case No. 86 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of 108 bags containing 40kg mahua each from a Tata 407 vehicle and the driver of the said vehicle disclosed the name of the petitioner as the owner of the said recovered article, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
