JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 671 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of abuse and assault to the informant causing injuries on his neck. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and there is delay of six days in lodging FIR.

No body appears for the State.

In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five
