JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he has given Farsa blow on the son of the informant whereas injury report shows that injury sustained by the informant's son is of hard and blunt substance and in case there is allegation of assault with Farsa, corresponding injury cannot be hard and blunt substance.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to

Let petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S.
