ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 29.6.2005 passed by the Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-II, Kaimur (Bhabhua) in Criminal Appeal No. 159 of 1996/90 of 2004 by which he has affirmed the Judgment dated 1.8.1996 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhabhua, in G.R. No. 996 of 1994/152 of 1996.

On perusal of the Appellate Court Judgment, I am unable to find any perversity in the same.

However, considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by the Petitioner. With aforesaid observation, the application stands dismissed.
