Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and they have been implicated merely for the reason that they are parents of Satyam. It is next submitted that in sum and substance, the allegation is that Satyam enticed the minor daughter of the informant and took her away but then it is submitted that the victim came back and her statement was recorded under Section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23972 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 164 Cr.P.C, wherein she has stated that she was in love with Satyam. It is further submitted that since petitioners are parents of Satyam, as such they came to be implicated. 4.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS. (Satyavrat Verma, J) SUMIT/- U T
