It appears that now almost all grievances of the petitioner have been redressed except for revision of pension for which also, as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, he was called and after completing the formalities action has to be taken at the level of the State authorities and

Learned counsel for both the respondents are present. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the State authorities to send the sanction order to the Accountant General by special messenger latest by 20th August, 2015. Thereafter, the Accountant General shall ensure that the authority slip is issued latest by 27th August, 2015 and sent to the concerned for payment. The respondent no. 6 shall ensure that actual payment is made to the petitioner latest by 4th September, 2015.

If the aforementioned exercise is not carried out within the time frame fixed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application in the present writ application itself bringing such fact to the notice of the Court.
