JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 15-09-2017 This P.I.L. has been filed in the year 2014 and challenge was made to an order passed by the Executive Officer, Siwan on 18.02.2014. It was alleged that a public road has been settled in favour of private respondent declaring to be a Taxi stand / Bus stand for the financial year 2013-14. Office has pointed out the defects in the matter and on 05.05.2014, the petitioner was granted time to correct the subject-matter of the application according to roster of cases.
Till date, three years have already passed, nothing
