JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 469, 471, 149 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is of filing a forged Vakalatnama and unregistered Ladavinama by forging signature of the informant in Title Suit No. 186 of 1988 pending in the court of Munsif I, Begusarai.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has filed an application before the concerned court alleging forgery and has also filed an application under Section 340 Cr.P.C. Considering the nature of accusation and the aforesaid facts co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51850 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 46813 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with C.B.R. (Manjhaul) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
