At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that during pendency of the case , a departmental proceeding which was initiated against the petitioner vide memo No. 1041 dated 04.04.2018 has already been concluded and final order has been passed by the regional Deputy Director of Education

Considering the aforesaid facts , learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application granting liberty to file fresh applications in accordance with law , challenging the order which is said to have been passed during pendency of the case i. e ,. Annexure A to the counter affidavit.
