The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 308, 427, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant due to which he sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25258 of 2022(2) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 separate occurrence. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
