ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2016 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 30.06.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-III, Siwan in Criminal Appeal No. 4 of 2003, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 28.01.2003 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Siwan in Tr. Case No. 297 of 2003 (G.R. Case No. 1421 of 1996) by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Section 323 and 341 IPC and sentenced him of due admonition.

Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction, I do not find any perversity in the same. However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.757 of 2006 dt.21-01-2016 With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands dismissed.
