Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 296 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The prosecution story in short is that on 13.12.2021 the informant received a confidential information that near the tea stall of Ajeet Yadav that some criminals had gathered. On the information, he reached there and one person was sleeping, who was apprehended and on interrogation he disclosed his name as Prince Kumar on search one countrymade pistol, six live cartridges of 0.135 bore, one mobile phone

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25748 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 and other articles were recovered from the Prince Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner has three antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 296 of 2021. The petitioner will visit Sahebpur Kamal Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
