2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 387, 427, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he is the General Power of Attorney holder on behalf of one Dharmo Narayan Saha, owner of Chitrawani Cinema Hall. For default in payment of loan amount by Dharmo Narayan Saha, the said Cinema Hall was auction sold to one Shyam Bihari Sinha from whom the informant purchased the same on 31.09.2011 despite an order of status quo dated 13.02.2009 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna. Subsequently Dharmo Narayan Saha paid the entire outstanding loan amount and the auction sale of the Cinema Hall stood set aside by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna. It is therefore submitted that the present F.I.R. has been instituted by the informant in an attempt to somehow grab the property in question.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.36216 of 2016 (2) dt.08-09-2016 circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
