This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner No. 04 (Ganauri Turiya) for modification of the name of his father which has wrongly been written as Rinku Turiya in place of Late Jitan Turiya @ Jittu Turiya in order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33381 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 09.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31538 of 2021 and for extension of time for furnishing bail bond by the petitioner No. 04.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the father's name of petitioner No. 04 (Ganauri Turiya) was wrongly mentioned as Rinku Turiya in place of Late Jitan Turiya @ Jittu Turiya. This mistake had occurred only because the same was committed in the order of district Court. Considering the aforesaid fact, this is a bona fide mistake and therefore, this application is allowed. The office is directed to make necessary correction in the father's name of petitioner No. 04 (Ganauri Turiya) which has wrongly been written as Rinku Turiya in place of Late Jitan Turiya @ Jittu Turiya and same should be corrected in the header portion also.

Accordingly, this application is modified to the extent as above and the time for surrender is also extended by six weeks from today.
