We have gone through the judgment and order dated 09.05.2012 passed in CWJC No 8855 of 2012. The dispute is with regard to selection for the post of Shiksha Mitra. The said post was abolished as far back as in 2005. The writ petition itself was
Patna High Court LPA No.1111 of 2012 (3) dt.12-02-2015 filed in 2012.
We see no reason to interfere. This appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
