The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chautham P.S.Case No. 112 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she was present at the place of occurrence and there is allegation of firing against other accused person.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is a lady and except that she was present there is no allegation against her.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.36646 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 circumstances, let petitioner, above named, surrender within a period of four weeks before the court below and on her so surrendering she shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Khagaria, in connection with Chautham P.S.Case No. 112 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and she will co-operate in investigation of the case and make herself available before the investigating officer as and when required, failing which her bail bond shall be cancelled.
