The petitioners seek bail in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 588/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and wife of the deceased. They have been made accused in this case merely on suspicion that the deceased has died in his Sasural. It is alleged in the written report that on 01.12.2018 as about 9:15 A.M., informant got information that his brother has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24802 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 died due to illness. He went to the Sasural of his brother and found the dead body of his brother. He found injury on the neck of his brother and blood was coming from his ears. Post-mortem report of deceased is enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein doctor has found no any external injury on the person of deceased. Cause of death could not be ascertained. Petitioners are in custody since 02.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Danapur, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 588/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
