This application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13727 of 2020, for extension of period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 06.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13727 of 2020, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender in time due to Corona pandemic and lockdown.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23547 of 2020(2) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 In view of the aforesaid fact, twelve weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
