2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kashichak P.S.Case No.45 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.
3. The allegation as per written report is that on 11.06.2017 all the petitioners armed with lathi came at his house abused and assaulted the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are resident of same place and in the occurrence of assault both parties sustained injuries. A police case has also been lodged from the side of the petitioners. The injuries are simple in nature and so the petitioners deserve anticipatory bail.

5. Learned APP opposed the submissions.
6. On perusal of FIR, I find that the allegation of assault is omnibus. A counter case is also lodged from the side of the petitioners. As such their anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender within six weeks before the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S.Case No.45 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
