2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024 dated 18.02.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, the petitioners including other accused persons have assaulted the informant by fits, slaps and butt of Hasua. It is further alleged that Raju Bind and Shyam Bind have tried to outrage her modesty.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a specific allegation

No.29371 of 2024(2) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 against Raju Bind & Shyam Bind and petitioner no. 1 namely, Beby Devi @ Rinku Devi is the wife of Raju Bind and petitioner no. 2 is the Gotni of petitioner no. 1 i.e. wife of younger brother of Raju Bind namely, Chhotu Bind. It is further submitted that allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024, they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
