23-09-2016 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation is that petitioners were tried to disturb in the election process. Allegations are concocted and omnibus. There is no specific overt act against any one.
Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners, namely, Ajit
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41741 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 Singh and Ambu Singh, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
