The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.12.2018. He further submits that he is a patient undergoing treatment for mental ailment and allegation against this petitioner is threatening the informant for kidnapping. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
