The present application under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 is directed against the order dated 20.12.2017 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in Cr. Appeal No. 37 of 2017/CIS Registration No. 37 of 2017, by which the order dated 20.07.2017 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Saran in JJB Case No. 1611 of 2017 arising out of Khaira PS Case No. 127 of 2017, has been upheld.
3. The petitioners being twin brothers were accused in Khaira PS Case No. 127 of 2017, which was instituted under
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.193 of 2018(3) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 Sections 341/447/323/324/354/504/34/307 of the Indian Penal Code for an incident which took place no 06.05.2017. Such plea has been rejected by the Juvenile Justice Board, Saran. Challenge to the same has also been rejected in Civil Appeal No. 37 of 2017. The same are impugned in the present application.
4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.
5. In view thereof, as prayed for, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
