JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68588 of 2018 on the ground that after grant of bail, opposite party no. 2 and other accused persons are threatening, the petitioner - informant and for that he has filed an application before the Superintendent of Police.
However, on enquiry about the stage of trial, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no information regarding stage of trial and further there is no investigation report so far the allegation of the petitioner that opposite party no. 2 and other accused persons are threatening him.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31287 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68588 of 2018.
It is always open to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police for his proper security, if he feels any apprehension.
This application is accordingly dismissed.
