ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 10.03.2011 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-II, Aurangabad in Criminal Revision No. 79 of 2009, 67 of 2010, by which he has set aside the order dated 08.09.2009 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar in Complaint Case No. 394 of 2006 (Tr. No. 306 of 2009), by which he has refused to discharge the Opposite Parties.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for disagreement. Hence, the application stands dismissed.
