The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioners are named in the FIR and general and omnibus allegation is of commission of assault to the deceased, however, after investigation, the petitioners were not sent up for trial by the police and considering the conflicting material, co-accused-Suresh Yadav and Ram Pravesh Yadav have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order at Annexure-4. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, who have got no criminal antecedent, in the event of their arrest or

No.26656 of 2020(5) dt.19-02-2021 2/2 surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Korma P.S.Case No. 76 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
