JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 233 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x)SC/ST Act. As per prosecution case that the informant was going to school and as soon as she reached in front of the house of Uma Singh all the accused persons armed with lathi and danda came and abused her by saying that why she could not come to work for them and when she replied that she is going to cook, then accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52764 of 2015 (3) dt.22-02-2016 persons started assaulting her and she sustained hurt on her head and she fell down and accused Pappu Singh snatched silver chain. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation made against the petitioners. No offence under Section SC/ST is attracted against them. The other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.58559 of 2015.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 233 of 2015/G.R.No.1523 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Jamui, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
