JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2021 The short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the District Magistrate, Arwal be directed to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Supply Appeal No. 6 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State Shri Alok Ranjan, AC to AAG-5 submits that the appeal of the petitioner shall definitely be disposed off within a stipulated time frame, as directed by this Court.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Arwal to dispose off the aforesaid Supply Appeal No. 6 of 2020, filed by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, if not already disposed off.
