2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the deceased had committed suicide. The other co-accused had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33137 of 2015, a perusal of which order also shows that the police had broken down the door and taken out the body of the deceased found hanging on the ceiling fan. It is further submitted that the marriage was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52303 of 2015 (3) dt.02-05-2016 solemnized as back as in the year 2003 from which two children were also born. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusation and gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
5. If the petitioner surrender and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
