JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2020 Heard Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Nawal Kishore Prasad, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 53 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, Sections 8(C) and 21(a) of N.D.P.S. Act.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months from today. Permissions is granted.
